No one has the same range of motion, health, insight or experience. To say Ashtanga isnt for everyone is a bold statement. The ego might be so self-centered that a person only thinks and only hears oneself therefore unable to see the beauty in diversity. This involves the practice of listening, reading, and whatever the individual feels healing from the bond age of ego. Perhaps the challenge of pushing them self to far practicing ashtanga and never respecting the bodies limits! Time takes time.Carmen Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14002191442547743008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6590260115470149704.post-80933468274392545382018-02-01T02:55:14.942+01:002018-02-01T02:55:14.942+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.Carmen Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14002191442547743008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6590260115470149704.post-1380092419819940552015-01-01T13:16:12.288+01:002015-01-01T13:16:12.288+01:00I thought blogging is subjective. Why no mention of the 10's of thousands worldwide with a daily practice that have a happy life? Why no mention of all the happy Authorised Teachers who revisit Mysore? Why no mention of the Indian Yoga Teachers whose schools have sprung up in Gokulam and other parts of Mysore as a side-effect of the AYRI (not to mention body workers and Sanskrit and Philosophy teachers)?

Or does critical thinking mean only expressing your own biased and unresearched view?doughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13429958067907764216noreply@blogger.com
