Radical Self Love Sunday

"The thing with being miserable and being depressed - which I clearly was - is: when you're not eating, it's even more difficult to feel any better. (...) Depression is bad enough. Depression and starvation is absolutely catastrophic."
Stop dieting, people. Get active and eat fewer meat and more fruit and veggies instead. You're already perfect the way you are!
